Revolutionary Action Plan for the Childcare Industry

In light of the unprecedented demand for flexible, high-quality childcare, Jessica Dehn has developed an innovative plan through Dino Franchising to disrupt and elevate the industry. Dino Franchising focuses on creating affordable, accessible childcare centers that prioritize convenience for working families while maintaining high educational and developmental standards.

The revolutionary aspect of Dino Franchising lies in its scalability and community-centered approach. By empowering local entrepreneurs with the tools, training, and resources to launch their own Dino Drop-In childcare centers, this model creates sustainable, locally driven solutions to the childcare crisis. It allows for rapid expansion into underserved areas, especially in rural and suburban markets that are often overlooked by traditional childcare providers.

Employer-Supported Childcare and Business Partnerships

A key element of this action plan is the integration of employer-supported childcare solutions. Recognizing the challenges working parents face in securing reliable childcare, Jessica is partnering with businesses to offer on-site or nearby Dino Drop-In centers. These partnerships not only improve employee productivity and satisfaction but also address a significant barrier for workforce retention. By collaborating with companies, particularly those in industries with non-traditional hours or remote workforces, Dino Drop-In creates customized childcare options that fit the diverse needs of employees.

Jessica is also working to increase awareness of the 45F Tax Credit, which incentivizes businesses to offer employer-supported childcare. This tax credit covers up to 25% of childcare facility costs and 10% of direct childcare costs for employers, providing a compelling reason for companies to invest in childcare solutions for their workforce. Jessica is actively involved in outreach efforts to educate small and mid-sized businesses about the financial benefits of the 45F credit, helping them understand how it can be leveraged to support both their employees and their bottom line.

By advocating for employer-supported childcare and increasing awareness of these tax incentives, Dino Franchising is positioned as a leader in solving the childcare crisis while simultaneously supporting the growth of small businesses. This strategic focus on partnerships with employers aligns with Jessica’s mission to revolutionize childcare by making it more accessible, affordable, and tailored to the needs of working families.
